Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to:

You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. Payment is due strictly upon completion of the authorised work and prior to or at the time of vehicle pick-up. We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, and Cash. We will issue a detailed, itemised invoice via email or paper copy immediately upon payment.

We treat your vehicle with the utmost care while it is in our Nerang workshop. However:

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
